Procés participatiu obert a tota la ciutadania de Rubí per a fer aportacions al Pla Director de Rubí Brilla. Podeu consultar els documents adjunts i fer les propostes a l'espai habilitat.
El Pla director Rubí Brilla 2030, que aquí us presentem, és l’eina que defineix les línies estratègiques i les accions d’eficiència energètica i ús de renovables que l’Ajuntament de Rubí es planteja dur a terme en tots els àmbits de la ciutat per tal de reduir les emissions de CO2 en un 55% per a l’any 2030 i al mateix temps millorar la qualitat de vida de la ciutadania i la competitivitat de les empreses.
Actualment aquest pla està acabant de definir-se i l’objectiu és que pugui ser aprovat pel Ple municipal entre els mesos de novembre i desembre de 2021. Abans, però, volem compartir aquesta proposta de pla director amb la ciutadania de Rubí per tal que aquesta ens pugui fer arribar opinions, reflexions i/o suggeriments. Les aportacions rebudes seran valorades i poden ajudar a enriquir l’estratègia perquè Rubí avanci ràpidament cap a la sostenibilitat.

A participatory process is a sequence of participatory activities (e.g. first filling out a survey, then making proposals, discussing them in face-to-face or virtual meetings, and finally prioritizing them) with the aim of defining and making a decision on a specific topic.
Examples of participatory processes are: a process of electing committee members (where candidatures are first presented, then debated and finally a candidacy is chosen), participatory budgets (where proposals are made, valued economically and voted on with the money available), a strategic planning process, the collaborative drafting of a regulation or norm, the design of an urban space or the production of a public policy plan.

Aquest document, que va ser aprovat pel ple municipal el passat 27 de gener de 2022, és la ruta que ha de guiar a la ciutat a reduir el 55% de les seves emissions de CO2 per a l'any 2030 respecte de les emissions de 2005.
